Problem Restoring Image to a new identical machine.

I made an image of a Panasonic CF-30 and have tested the image on the machine it was created on. This works without a hitch.

However when I try to load the image onto a different CF-30 with identical hardware, I get the following error when booting into Windows.

winlogon.exe - Bad image
The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\odbcint.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

Does anyone have any ideas?
